Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency available that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely. 

Our subscription products operate on a prepaid basis, you'll be charged in advance for a number of issues set on the product's page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

We might offer discounts, such as a first billing cycle discount with which you will enjoy a reduced price for the initial set of issues. Subsequent payments after the conclusion of the discount will be adjusted to the regular price rate.

To ensure you receive your upcoming issue timely, you will want your renewal date to be 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the upcoming issue to allow sufficient time for packaging and mailing.
